Acceptance of terms

Welcome to NX AI Rap Video. NX AI Rap Video operates this website and related AI generation services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact support@nxairapvideo.com or use Contact support in your account.

Use of the service

The service provides AI generation tools, task management, result previews, and—when payment is configured—subscriptions and credits for eligible features. You agree to use the service only in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any additional policies we publish.

User accounts and registration

Account creation: Certain features require an account. Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Unauthorized use: Notify us promptly through support channels if you become aware of unauthorized access or a security issue.
Verification: Generation and similar features may require a verified account. The operator may restrict new generation and purchases to protect the service. Queries, support, cancellation, and refund channels remain available.
Account management: Self-service account deletion is not available. Privacy or data-related requests should be sent to the operator using the contact methods in the Privacy Policy.

AI generation inputs and outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, and use such content.

Generation features rely on third-party AI models and related infrastructure. By submitting a generation request, you agree that inputs and related metadata needed to fulfill the request may be transmitted to those providers for processing. Specific models, suppliers, and capabilities may change with product configuration and are not a continuing commitment to any particular model or vendor. Outputs may be unpredictable, may contain errors, and may not be unique; availability and permitted uses are also subject to applicable law and model provider terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and ensuring that your use of any output complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Content moderation

To protect users, the service, and third-party providers, the operator may automatically screen prompts, reference images, or other materials before generation and, when enabled, before delivery. Screening may include NSFW and other prohibited-content checks and may be performed by third-party services.

Requests that fail moderation may be refused or not charged. Repeated or serious violations may result in cooldowns, restrictions on new generation and purchases, or suspension or termination of access. Moderation is an assistive measure; it does not guarantee detection of all prohibited content, and passing moderation is not an endorsement that content is lawful or suitable.

Content and intellectual property

Interfaces, software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, and technology provided by the service are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Rights belong to NX AI Rap Video or its licensors.

You retain any rights you may have in content you lawfully own, subject to the rights needed for the operator and necessary providers to provide, operate, and improve the service.
You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology, platform, software, models, infrastructure, branding, or intellectual property that make up the service.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the service.
Use of generated output is also subject to applicable law and model provider terms. Do not use generated content to infringe others' rights.

Prohibited content

These restrictions apply to prompts, uploads, generated results, and use or distribution through the service. Do not request, upload, generate, or share:

Sexual or NSFW content, pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual exploitation.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or content that exploits, endangers, or facilitates abuse of children. Do not submit such material as evidence in a report.
Graphic violence, gore, torture, or content that glorifies, incites, or facilitates violence or physical harm.
Hate, discrimination, threats, or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics, or content promoting violent extremism.
Deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized impersonation, or uses of a person's likeness that violate privacy, consent, or other rights.
Copyright or trademark infringement, unlawful use of private information, or other illegal or abusive material.

Do not rewrite prompts, alter uploads, or use another account to evade a refusal or moderation controls. Automated checks assist review but do not detect every prohibited category. We may refuse requests or restrict new generation and purchases using the controls available to us. Other measures are handled manually where available and appropriate; this does not promise automatic deletion of all copies or changes to a third party's records.

Reports and appeals

You can report suspected violations or appeal a moderation decision by emailing content support. You do not need an account to email us. Signed-in users can also open a support conversation. Use the same channel to follow up and include your previous report or ticket reference where available.

Provide the task ID or page location, the time observed, the reason for the report or appeal, and a contact address. Describe the issue without redistributing prohibited material. Do not send passwords, payment card data, CSAM, or other illegal content. We may request only the additional information needed to identify and review the issue.

The operator reviews reports and available task or account records, may request clarification, and records the review and any action using the available support and operational tools. A different or renewed review can be requested through the same channel with an explanation or new relevant information. We provide a response through that channel with the outcome and next steps that can be disclosed without exposing another person's private data or protected records. A report or appeal does not guarantee a particular decision or immediate action. We do not promise a fixed response time or an automatic appeals system.

Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using the service:

Uploading or generating illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.
Violating the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
Attempting to bypass rate limits, credit limits, payment systems, authentication, content moderation, security controls, or usage restrictions.
Interfering with or disrupting the security, availability, or performance of the service.
Using automated systems to scrape, overload, or abuse the service, or to access another user's private data.
Reselling or redistributing the service or access without authorization.
Using the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Privacy and data

The operator may collect and process account information, generation-related data, usage details, device and log information, cookies, and payment and billing information. See the separate Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions, credit packs, and usage

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly at the selected interval. Prices and credits are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Monthly plans issue monthly credits; yearly plans issue all annual credits together. Subscription credits are valid only for their paid period: unused credits expire at its end and do not roll over. A new allowance is issued only after the next payment is verified. One-time credit packs do not expire, renew automatically, grant membership, or extend a subscription. Credits expiring soonest are used first. Generation costs are displayed before submission. You can cancel renewal and request to resume before cancellation takes effect. Paid membership lasts until period end; credit packs are unaffected. Spending all credits normally does not end membership early, but generation still requires sufficient credits.

Eligible changes require at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Available targets may include monthly upgrades, monthly-to-yearly changes at the same or a higher tier, and yearly upgrades, subject to enabled targets. Request and confirm a quote first. The additional payment and credits equal the difference between the full plan prices and credit allowances; spent credits are not issued again. After payment is verified, a new full monthly or yearly period starts and currently valid subscription credits extend to its end. Credits expired before the upgrade takes effect do not return. If the upgrade took effect within the original period but delayed confirmation caused credits to be marked expired, their original sources are corrected. Credit packs and bonuses are unaffected. A completed refund alone does not prevent upgrading when membership and renewal are active; pending refunds, unresolved checks, and other eligibility requirements still apply. Taxes, charges, and renewal dates follow confirmation and provider verification. Downgrades, yearly-to-monthly changes, and scheduled next-period changes are unavailable.

Payments and refunds

Except where required by applicable law or applicable payment-platform rules, subscription, credit-pack, and upgrade payments are generally non-refundable for a change of mind. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already made.

For duplicate charges, paid services that were not delivered, or other exceptional circumstances, contact support@nxairapvideo.com or use Contact support in your account and provide your account and relevant payment information. We review each case based on transaction records, credit usage, service delivery, and the circumstances, and may verify details with the payment platform. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. A discretionary refund for one transaction does not promise a refund for other transactions. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Relevant credits may be temporarily unavailable during processing. Confirmed refunds revoke credits from their original payment in proportion to its cumulative refunded amount. Recovery stops at zero, creates no credit debt, and does not deduct other sources. Credits already expired are not deducted twice; refunded portions of later task releases or returns are still revoked. Refunding the current subscription’s latest successful, effective payment stops renewal. If current-period subscription credits remain after that refund, membership lasts until period end; otherwise current membership ends early. A first or intermediate payment followed by a later successful payment can be refunded without changing current membership or renewal, even when no credits remain. Refunds from earlier normal billing periods or credit packs do not change current membership or renewal. The previous plan is not restored automatically. If there is only one payment, it is also the latest payment. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Payments are processed by third-party payment services. Actual charges and refund results follow confirmed payment records.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation success, output quality, processing time, or compatibility with every use case. AI model providers, infrastructure providers, or external services may affect availability and results.

Delivery and retention

AI output may contain errors or be unsuitable for your purpose. Review results before use. Private results are retained for about 30 days by default; download them promptly. Prompts and other private material are cleared about 7 days after a task ends. A history record does not guarantee permanent downloads. Contact support about service failures.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk for the operator or others, or used the service unlawfully.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. Mandatory liability is not excluded by these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NX AI Rap Video, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your generated outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NX AI Rap Video operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. Service and terms changes are also reflected in relevant pages and update dates.

A credit conversion approved after individual review stops subscription renewal, ends current membership immediately, and converts the remaining valid subscription credits for that period into permanent credits. It does not refund money. Original payment links and credit recovery rules for later refunds still apply.
